We offer an excellent selection of traditional and well-known Thai dishes, such as green curry, red curry and masaman. You will not find the huge number of dishes you often find elsewhere. We prefer to concentrate on the things we know and that we ourselves enjoy, and to perfect them.

| Our chef, Prasoet Thapdit, joined us from a top Bangkok restaurant when we opened last year. He is originally from Phitsanulok Province, in the centre of Thailand, and has trained extensively in all aspects of Thai cuisine. An expert in the preparation of traditional dishes from different parts of Thailand, he is particularly interested in the use of the best locally produced ingredients to recreate the experience of dining well in Thailand. Prasoet’s wife, Viphawee, is also with us, and is concerned with the preparation of the ingredients in the kitchen, a crucial part of Thai cuisine. |
